# D2C ECOMMERCE / PRODUCT_PAGE_BUILD + EXPERIMENTATION

PDP Development & A/B Testing

A complete product page program in one engagement. First the conversion-first rebuild, hero, persuasion architecture, social proof, friction reduction, mobile-first. Then 30 days of hypothesis-driven A/B testing on top of the new pages.

# THE_PROBLEM

Most PDP work doesn't compound.

Brands either pay for a one-shot redesign (then watch it decay) or run uncoordinated tests on a page that wasn't built right in the first place. Either way, the work doesn't compound. The brands that win on PDP do both, rebuild on a conversion-first foundation, then test relentlessly on top of it.

  • Pages designed for aesthetics, not for conversion
  • Generic descriptions and images that show but don't sell
  • Social proof buried below the fold or missing entirely
  • One-off redesigns that improve, plateau, then decay
  • Tests run without enough traffic or a real hypothesis
  • Wins that never get rolled into the control
# THE_APPROACH

Build it properly. Then test the rebuild hard.

First the conversion-first PDP rebuild. Then a 30-day testing window, 2–3 hypothesis-driven experiments designed, shipped, analyzed, and winners rolled into control before we hand off. One project price. No retainer required.

FT_01

Conversion-First Rebuild

Hero, value prop, structure, copy, your highest-traffic PDPs rebuilt around proven D2C conversion frameworks in month 1.

FT_02

Persuasion Architecture

Strategic section ordering that walks visitors through objections to conversion: benefits first, proof in the middle, the ask last.

FT_03

Social Proof Strategy

Reviews, ratings, UGC, and testimonials placed at the decision points where doubt creeps in.

FT_04

Hypothesis-Driven Testing

Every test starts with a hypothesis tied to a measurable outcome and an expected effect size, not a guess.

FT_05

Statistical Analysis & Rollout

Significance gates enforced, effect sizes reported with confidence intervals, winners rolled into the control automatically.

FT_06

Insight Library

Every test logged in a searchable library so you stop relearning the same things, and onboarding the next team is faster.

# THE_PROCESS

How the work actually runs.

01

Audit & Roadmap

PDP audit, analytics review, and a 30-day test plan built before a single pixel moves.

02

PDP Rebuild

Conversion-first rebuild of your priority PDPs. Copy, structure, mobile, the whole stack.

03

Test for 30 Days

2–3 experiments designed, shipped, instrumented, and run to significance during the testing window.

04

Roll Up & Hand Off

Winners rolled into control, losers archived with notes, full read-out delivered. You keep the build and the playbook.

# QUESTIONS

Frequently asked.

What's the build + test sequence?

Weeks 1–3 are the conversion-first PDP rebuild, audit, strategy, copy, structure, mobile, shipped to production. Then a 30-day testing window where we design, ship, and analyze 2–3 experiments on top of the new pages.

What testing tool do you work with?

VWO, Optimizely, Convert, AB Tasty, Statsig, or GA4 native. We can also work with custom client-side or server-side implementations.

What traffic volume is needed?

For meaningful tests during the 30-day window, we recommend at least 100k monthly sessions across the pages in test. Lower volume is workable but fewer experiments will reach significance in the window.

How long is the engagement?

Roughly 6–8 weeks end-to-end: 2–4 weeks for the rebuild, then a 30-day testing window. No retainer or minimum after that, if you want to keep testing, we can extend or roll into an ongoing program.

How is this different from a one-shot PDP redesign?

A one-shot redesign ships the page and walks away. This program rebuilds you on a conversion-first foundation AND ships 30 days of structured experimentation on top of the new pages, so the rebuild gets validated and improved before we hand off.
